PSVita Update stuck!! :-(

So unpacked my Vita,
Turned it on followed prompts and it asks for an update.
Started update but it is now stuck on 47% with 3 mins to go!
Been like that for an hour!
Have no idea what to do???????? :-(

Hold the power button down till it turns off. Then reboot and try again

Sorry to take so long coming back lol, fixed problem then had to go out so STILL haven't played on it yet!

Spoke to Sony support who could only suggest returning it or holding power button up to 5 minutes!!!

Bit scepticle but after 4 1/2 minutes it reset and allowed me to try updating again which worked!!!
