I¨ve been playing quite a few on my Dsi, wanna know what metroidvaina style games can you recomend me for the pc.
yup.

Super Metroid (Origin of "Metroidvania" it's popularity spawned what you see now)
Devil May Cry Collection (Continuation of metroidvania)

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSX/PSN) < --- Best in series.
Castlevania: Lament of Innocence (PS2)
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon (GBA)
Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (GBA)
Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GBA) < --- Best in series.
Castlevania: Harmony of Despair (Xbox 360/PS3 via Xbox Live/PSN)

ANY of the main Zelda games, including the upcoming "A Link Between Worlds."

Strider (Xbox 360/Xbox One via XBL and PS3/PS4 via PSN)

Not a lot of metroidvania games on PC, most of them are on consoles.

EDIT: Found a list of metroidvania games for all kinds of players: http://www.giantbomb.com/metroidvania/3015-2440/games/

I second ROGUE LEGACY!!!! Though I wouldn't really call it Metroidvania. Its just a fun game.

Aquaria - Metroidvania in the sea, you are a mermaid like character.
Capsized - If you can get past the awful control scheme (I personally hate the aiming, but some will overcome)
VVVVVV - Metroidvania esque, but pretty short game
Cave Story - I love this game
Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet

Just bought it, gonna try it later.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I´ve played most of them

Guacamelee is on my radar grover.
You have to play Guacamelee, it is not the longest game but it has plenty of unlockable and can be very challenging with epic boss battles. I initially ignored it then it came on my radar when I found out that it was made by the Mutant Blobs developers.

You should maybe check out Terraria. It's best described as Metroidvania mixed with a bit of Minecraft on a 2D plane. Much more emphasis on combat and adventuring than Minecraft, plus there are some awesome monsters and bosses to fight. It's also a blast to play with other people. And it's cheap ($10 on Steam).

If you want something similar to this.... I'd recommend Createrria. It's Little Big Planet mixed with a little Super Mario, and a little bit Minecraft mixed maybe with a Metroidvania game.

I for one actually " hate" that term Metroidvania. I understand where it comes from (the at the time overlooked Castlevania: Symphony of The Night and METROID), but...please...

The term isn't about the merge of two names - it's a merge of gameplay mechanics. Metroid (Super Metroid, specifically) allowed you to search areas, while Castlevania, starting with Symphony of the Night is a labyrinth of it's own in a Castle. And if you hate the term "Metroidvania," you might as well just hate the name "Castlvania" since it's a hypocenter of one word and one name: Castle, and Pennsylvania.

So, elaborate on the "why." Why the hell do you care that they call it Metroidvania, and why does it bother you?
