A few months ago I made a family group so that I could add my sister and my girlfriend, however none of the emails to add them have gone through. I tried calling nintendo support but their only advice was to try making a new account, which is feasible for my gf who is new to the switch and uses mine but my sister has her own switch and much progress on her account. Does anyone have any less drastic advice? Thanks.
