PSVita Shame MH4 is coming for 3DS

I <3 Innuendos.
The messed up part of it all is that MH fails in the hands of Nintendo. Sony was its birthplace and that's where it should stay. Btw I'm thinking of getting Freedom Unite on the vita, that being said do both analog sticks work?
Yeah just hold your finger on the touch screen and map the right analog to the D-Pad and you'll be fine.
Sony was indeed the Birthplace for Monster Hunter so this is an insult to SONY and a Fuck you to me.....

I was thinking of getting God Eater instead of MHFU since you can actually jump in God Eater lmao >_>"
Well I had God Eater Burst but It got kinda old after a while, just get Ragnarok Odyssey if you are looking for a good MH replacement.
Ragnarok will come out in one month.

Well I'm certainly getting MH, and I've given up on RO, I played the JPN tier of the title and it gets repetitive real fast. And I don't mean the good repetitive like COD or Maplestory, you just start asking yourself why even bother? It's a meh game.

Yeah, I have to disagree Ragnarok Odyssey may have a few combos but its on par with the same amount of Monster Hunter moves if you think about it, plus the danesleaf mode lets you move insanely fast and gives you inf stanima, RO is a great game and even Online Multiplayer is a great incentive to get the game.

This is shocking, I got this from psvitahub.com.

A customer recently emailed Capcom customer service and asked "what do you have in store for the PS Vita other than Street Fighter X Tekken"

They replied with:
Capcom does plan to support the PS Vita for the long term, but as far as what games will be released in the future, we do not have anything that is currently in development or has been announced. Our only suggestion would be to visit Capcorn Unity regularly as all games are announced and discussed on there. Thank you very much for contacting Capcom Support. CAPCOM Customer Support.
This blows yo.

I knew it, Capcom is a load of shit. It makes me mad enough to change my sig.
Can't really blame them though, Nintendo is just stepping up their game and securing the 3DS's success. Sony has to step up their game, not only for their own success but for us that bought the Vita to buy some badass games.

I don't see how this game being on 3DS is making the game bad? Sure, it could've had better graphics on Vita, but because the 3DS has a second touchscreen and 3D, a 3DS version wouldn't be inferior I think. It looks pretty good for a 3DS title, it's just extremely jaggy, just like Kid Icarus or Uncharted.
Capcom is not obliged to make games for any platform.

I would like them to make a Vita title, but they need to stop the ridiculous DLC practices first.

Capcom the developer: FUCK YES
Capcom the publisher: HELL NAW

What's messed up about it. I agree it's a shame it's exclusive to the 3DS but that doesn't mean it should be exclusive to the Vita either. The game could be released on both if Capcom chose to do so. It may well be they have an exclusive deal with Nintendo or it may just be that they are looking at the much larger user install base and financially it makes better sense for them to release it on 3DS rather then the Vita.

Monhun creates its own installed base, so that's not an argument. When the first MH game came out for the 3DS they had no installed base whatsoever.

We don't know if that is only Monster Hunter or that was just the final push for the Japanese to get it. I also think that a Monster Hunter 4 on the 3DS will sell better because all the Monster Hunter nuts already have a 3DS and then they don't have to buy yet another console to play their favourite game.

Watch the video I linked.

That's a good point, actually.

I don't disagree that the Monster Hunter franchise sells consoles but that wasn't my point. Even before Monster Hunter came out for the 3DS it had a much larger install base then the Vita. Obviously the release of the game along with several of Nintendo's own franchises resulted in this user install base increasing substantially. As Gover said this large user install base may well be the reason why Capcom is focusing on the 3DS for their next Monster Hunter game. It may well also be a deal that they have with Nintendo. By all accounts both Super Street Fighter IV and Resident Evil Revelations sold very well and this may have convinced them even more to make the decision they did. There is no denying that the 3DS has a far larger user install base then the Vita especially in Japan and that's going to be a big factor in any dev/publishers release decisions.
